Here's my issue with this.......I paid $1300 for a phone that is "supposed" to have 5G with no issues, and this device does.  If I need to change my settings from 5g/LTE to LTE/3g/2g, then WHY did I pay $1300 for a 5G device?

That's a bummer you're having trouble but thanks for coming here to post. Have you had one of our Care folks file a Help Desk ticket for this issue to resolve the problem?

Oh I'm 100% with you!!I'm posses that the 5g is not working as it should...but my 10s plus was also 5g and had the same issues with gps in waze app for example....since tmobile switched to 5g(supposedly 5g....bc it's slow as hell) things went to crapper...

So for now I will operate on 4g LTE until they fix it or maybe the apps will support the network

It's like with the 8k TVs....you buy it and there is no programs to actually watch 8k content on

I wonder why no tech blog is reporting this. I guess if this would be all over the news Tmobile and Samsung would solve this faster...

You will not win a legal suit against T-Mobile for what someone else has done.  Changing your sim can be done online without going through a rep.  Also T-Mobile will not know exactly what you have on your phone or even if you had a crypto exchange.  This is covered as Identity theft.  I wish you the best of luck and your lawyer should know this.  This is like someone stealing your wallet in WalMart and you suing WalMart for your stolen wallet.

Youre absolutely wrong!

I was hacked three times and my security was unprecedented after the 1st time.

I changed my 4 digit pin to 12 and persuaded them to add two security questions whenever requesting a new sim card.

The following day, hacked again!

At the top the crypto was worth over $400,000.

Dont tell people if they have a strong pin they will be fine.

Utter nonsense.

After the second attack I was infuriated and demanded the fraud department place a sim card hold which requires them to speak to me directly and ask me questions to verify it's me.

A month later, hacked again, but this time they could only cancel my sim and not acquire a new one because of the fraud department safeguard.

Unfortunatey, all the employees at the store will reiterate they have no way of contacting the fraud department unless your entire life savings is stolen from you and you threaten to contact the police.

It was an utter nightmare, the stories I read in the comment section of the phone numbers which were used were even more incredible.

Several people were speaking about commiting suicide, they were making their lasts posts of their lives..

People were speaking about losing their life savings and their children because of it.

Many spoke about getting divorces because their accounts had been drained.

I became borderling suicidal as well but their stories seemed even worse than my own, Im glad Im still alive but Im still financially crippled and life hasnt been the same since.

I'd switch carriers but I wont be able to convince the new carrier to place a fraud department sim card hold.

Its obviously an inside job so your pin is worthless when it comes to these attacks when they are done by hackers who either know people on the inside or have the tools to portray themselves as employees.

Still to this day I have waited for Tmobile to contact me back with an update regarding who stole all my crypto.

Shameful.

Where did you set this up?  Seems like you may have a keylogger on one of your devices.

That's the thing, when I called before I knew my account was being hacked Tmobile said someone called in and changed the sim

The second time it was changed and I caught on to what was happening suddenly there story went to 'your Sim is old and our system changed the Sim'. Which can't be true since my Sim was given to me BY TMOBILE 1 YEAR AGO. Seems like they see information that wasn't getting relayed to me.

My phone number was my 2FA. That's how it effected my cyrpto accounts. But I filed a police report already. People have filed lawsuits against Tmobile, att and Verizon over this same thing.

Active 2 watch deleting texts on phone

Hello all, I've seen this posted a few times, but with no real answers or solutions. I have the LTE version of the Active 2 watch. However, since Samsung Health does not update without connecting to my phone via Bluetooth, I occasionally have to connect the two through Bluetooth. Whenever I do this, the watch deletes my text messages.

I have seen others posting to just 'clear the notifications'; however, this is not an option as I need the space on my watch for other things and need to delete them.

I'm beyond the return period that T-Mobile allows, so I am just stuck with this $430 piece of junk that I don't even want to use because of this issue. I have literally spent hours trying to find a solution and have spoken with multiple specialists from both Samsung and T-Mobile and neither party will take responsibility.

Someone, PLEASE HELP!!!
